Market trading has its own language. If you are a beginner… Long, Shorts, Bulish e Bearish are terms that you will hear often. These words are important to communicate effectively with other traders and to describe the opinion of the market. Understanding these terms also means that you are on a good path to start making money, whether the price of an asset increases or decreases.

So what are the differences between a Bulish Market and a Bearish Market?

BULLISH MARKET

As we can see from the chart, there is a tendency for the asset value to rise ( uptrend )

The term Bulish It is used when the price of an asset is rising (uptrend) is usually applied over a sustained period of time, such as months or years.

BEARISH MARKET

Bearish Market Forex

As we can see from the chart, there is a downward trend in the value of the asset ( downtrend )

The term Bearish It is used when the price of an asset is falling (downtrend) is usually applied over a sustained period of time, such as months or years.
